Friday Fitness Series Summer 2026

Let's move together!
Wear comfortable clothing and prepare for a fusion fitness practice guided by music and inspired by dance, martial arts, and healing arts. Round yoga mats are provided.
Classes will be held Fridays, July 3rd, July 10th, July 24th, July 31st, August 7th, August 28th, September 4th and 11th, 2026 from 10:00-11:00am at Cornell Cooperative Extension of Sullivan County in the North Room (from the front door, turn right and proceed to the last door on the right).
