Take a gentle pause in your week and join us for a relaxing and uplifting Chair Yoga series at the Georgetown Peabody Library.
This welcoming class is designed to help you improve balance, flexibility, strength, and mobility — all with the support of a chair. Perfect for beginners, active adults, seniors, or anyone looking for a low-impact way to feel better, move easier, and breathe deeper.
