Staying fit is what it’s all about as we age! Join instructor Sandra Frost, M. Ed, on Wednesday mornings for seven weeks of summer fitness fun; includes coaching, mild stretching exercise, light weight strength exercises and conditioning, and balance exercises for adults 50+. Dates: July 15, 22, 29, August 12, 19 and 26, and September 2. (Please note that there is no class on August 5th.) Each class is from 10 am – 11 am in the Library. Please bring water bottle, exercise mat and small hand weights. Maximum class size: 12 $5.00 donation suggested for each class to benefit the library. Please pre-register for one or more classes by Monday, July 13. A pot luck lunch celebration will be held on Sept. 2nd following the last class, at 12:00 noon at the Center Harbor Beach Pavilion.
