Join us for a captivating Guided Hike titled "Volcanoes and Cellar Holes: the History of Ossipee Park." This unique outdoor experience blends a historical exploration of the area with a scenic hike through the picturesque trails of Castle in the Clouds. Over the course of approximately 90 minutes, participants will uncover the rich geological history dating back 100 million years, learn about the historic cellar holes, and the transformations made by Tom and Olive Plant. The tour covers nearly 5,000 acres surrounding the Castle, featuring the popular Brook Walk Trail, which boasts seven stunning waterfalls and an exploration of Shannon Brook. Attendees should wear appropriate footwear, dress for the weather, and bring sunscreen and bug spray if desired. Please note that all ticket sales are final—no refunds, transfers, or exchanges are allowed, and dogs are not permitted to ensure a comfortable experience for all participants.
