Village Rhythms

Join us outside the library for an African Village Celebration with world-renowned master percussionist Onye Onyemaechi!
During this fun, interactive event, Onye captivates, presenting music and songs, dancing, drumming, and stories.
All ages are invited to come out and dance - you won't be able to sit still once the drums start playing!
About Onye Onyemaechi:
Born in Nigeria, Village Rhythms founder Onye Onyemaechi, MBA, is a celebrated recording artist, performer, producer and composer, as well as an author, teacher, advisor, inspirational speaker and performer. He teaches how to use the drum for healing as well as for creating community.
This free event received funding support from the Friends of the Menlo Park Library.
