Join us in celebration of Pride Month for a welcoming guided experience at the Mendocino Coast Botanical Gardens. This program features a one-hour interpretive walk through the Gardens, exploring the remarkable ways gender and sexual diversity present themselves in the plant and animal world. Conclude with an ice cream social at the Vegetable Garden, featuring ice cream from Rhody’s Garden Cafe. Enjoy dessert while participating in a conversation and book signing with special guest Hunter Rook, the illustrator and lead author for the GENDER book Project. This event offers a chance to learn, connect, and appreciate nature, identity, and community in full bloom. Registration is free with regular Gardens admission, and various discounts are available to ensure accessibility.
