A Stroll Through West Chester - WCACOG America 250 Celebration

Hosted by the West Chester Area Council of Governments, this Living History Block Party has been 250 years in the making!
4PM - Dare to Declare - Reading of the Declaration of Independence at the Historic Courthouse, flag raising ceremony and Block Party kick off!
4PM – 8PM – Living History Timeline – America's 250th Birthday Celebration! Live music, history themed groups and activities, kids’ activities, restaurant specials and more! Block Party along Gay St. from Darlington St. to Matlack St.
9PM – Downtown Drone Show and Rooftop Viewing Party! Enjoy the day time WC250 event in downtown West Chester, then head up for a rooftop party and killer view of the drone show that will cap a spectacular day!
Your ticket includes:
- Access to the Chestnut St. Garage rooftop and best view of the drone show
- Entertainment and music
The West Chester Area Council of Governments is made up of 7 Municipalities: East Bradford Township, East Goshen Township, Thornbury Township, West Chester Borough, West Goshen Township, West Whiteland Township and Westtown Township.
