Details:
The American Swedish Historical Museum will be visiting the Municipal Library (501 Bywood Ave.) to teach us about Vikings from the past. How can we learn about Vikings when they lived over 1000 years ago? Join us as we take a journey back to the age of the Vikings using the archaeology of Viking burial mounds and other sites. Kids will have the chance to try out archaeological tools and even make their own runestones using the Viking alphbet as we learn about Viking culture.
This program is open to children in grades 1-6.
Space is limited, so registration is required for this program.
