Richmond crate diggers know Cloud and Gregory Darden as the friendly faces behind the desk of Deep Groove Records. We are thrilled to host the pair at the Main Branch Library as a part of our Summer Concert Series. Cloud mixes American primitive guitar with dynamic electronics. Think Robbie Basho with too much screen time. Gregory Darden is a longtime pillar of the Richmond scene. He collages disparate sound sources to create long-form ambient music. Come enjoy an hour of ambient music enhanced by the natural reverb in the 1930s Foyer. Experience Richmond’s unique independent spirit inside of your favorite local library!
