Mindful Together: A Community Mindfulness Group Find peace and build community! Join us for a weekly session where we explore different themes through the lens of mindfulness. Our experienced volunteer facilitator will guide interactive discussions and activities to help you: Enhance your awareness and acceptance of the present moment and your inner world Develop tools to navigate stress, challenges, and everyday life Celebrate and play Foster self-compassion and connect with others in a supportive environment This supportive community setting allows us to share wisdom, learn from diverse perspectives, and cultivate meaningful connections with others. Themes vary by week, but may include: Building resilience Cultivating gratitude Managing difficult emotions Mindfulness in relationships And more! No prior experience necessary.
