Marvelous Moss Hike

Details:

Moss Diversity and Distribution in Dead Man’s Hollow Conservation Area: A Survey of Bryophyte Communities with Explorations of Microhabitat Preferences and Invasive Plant Interaction
How many moss species are in Dead Man’s Hollow? Join Laurel Riley, recent Arizona State University graduate, working Horticulturist, and aspiring Botanist on a guided hike to learn about moss diversity and ecological roles!
This hike is a bit longer than our usual excursions and may utilize Cool Spirits, Haunted Hollow, and Table Rock trail systems. Terrain may vary from steep to gentle slopes.
We hope you join us to learn more about these little plants that carpet the forest!
