1776 PARTNER WOD – 4TH OF JULY COMMUNITY WORKOUT!
Start your Independence Day with one of our favorite traditions at Steel River CrossFit!
Join us on July 4th for our annual 1776 Workout, where we'll tackle 1,776 total reps as a team while celebrating fitness, community, and the freedom to challenge ourselves together.
This workout is designed to be completed in teams of 2 or 3, making it the perfect opportunity to bring a friend, encourage a teammate, and experience the power of community. Whether you're a seasoned athlete or trying CrossFit for the first time, we'll help you find the right modifications so everyone can participate.
Members are encouraged to bring a guest!
Kid-friendly activities and options will be available for our Minis.

Workout: 1776 For Time
Complete a total of 1,776 reps of the following movements in any order:
• Kettlebell Swings
• Box Jumps
• Air Squats
• Push-Ups
• Burpees
• Pull-Ups
• Sit-Ups
• Toes to Bar
• Jump Rope
• Wall Balls
• Ball Slams
• Kettlebell Push Press
