Grounds Tour, West Side (Adults and 16+)

Join us for the West Side Grounds Tour at Wildwood Preserve, starting from the Metz Visitor Center. This event is open to adults and individuals aged 16 and older and will take place on Saturday, May 30, June 13 (both from 11 a.m. to Noon), and July 18 (from 1 to 2 p.m.). Reservations are required, with a fee of $3.

During this one-mile tour, you'll discover the remarkable transformation of the Stranahan Estate into a Metropark while exploring the rich history behind Wildwood. After the tour, feel free to stroll through the Ellen Biddle Shipman Garden or hike the park's scenic trails. Participants should wear comfortable shoes, bring a water bottle, and dress appropriately for the weather. Please note that minors must be accompanied by an adult.
