Join us in honoring the energy of the summer solstice with the powerful tradition of 108 sun salutations… a moving meditation designed to build heat, clarity, strength, and intention.
Held in the beautiful gardens of the 577 Foundation, this special outdoor gathering invites us to welcome the new season through breath, movement, and community connection.
108 sun salutations is a symbolic and transformative practice often used to mark seasonal shifts and new beginnings. Students are encouraged to move at their own pace, rest when needed, and modify as desired. All levels are welcome and options will be offered throughout the practice.
Come ready to breathe deeply, move intentionally, and embrace the energy of summer together.
Please bring a yoga mat/towel, water, and anything else you may need to practice comfortably outdoors.
