Because Alaska adventures are unpredictable, but your healthcare wishes shouldn't be.
An Advance Directive is a legal document that allows you to share your healthcare wishes in advance and identify someone you trust to make medical decisions on your behalf if you are unable to speak for yourself. Completing an Advance Directive helps ensure your voice is heard and can provide guidance and peace of mind for your loved ones during difficult situations.
Throughout the month of July, Sunshine Community Health Center is encouraging community members to complete and submit an Advance Directive. As a thank you for taking this important step, participants will receive an emergency vehicle hammer while supplies last.
