Stuff the Bus Back-to-School Fair at Amazing Grace Academy
Monday, July 27: Setup day, 12-3pm
Tuesday, July 28: Event Day, vendors, volunteers and partners may arrive at 9am. The backpack/supply giveaway will run from 10:30-4:30pm.
We invite you to register as a vendor for this year’s event. You will also have the opportunity to register as an event volunteer in the same form. Vendors are encouraged to consider bringing a popup tent and joining our outdoor carnival area. We would love to expand the outdoor area so that families may hang out, visit booths, take part in games/activities and make some new friends. Indoor space is also available on a limited basis, inside the gym.
Vendors are welcome to set up on Monday, July 27. All belongings will be secured for you overnight.
As always, tables, chairs, snacks, beverages, and a light lunch will be provided on event day (Tuesday, July 28).
Please note that any materials, activities and information must be accessible and relevant to students grades K-12.
