Design Your Own Crochet Scarf Instructor: Vivian Wagner Date & Time: September 27th, 1-3 p.m. Place: $50 Per student (supplies not included) Fiber N’ Ice, Wasilla, AK Class Level Intermediate: Ages 10 and up welcome required known skills: Basic crochet stiches Single Crochet, Double Crochet, Half-Double Crochet. Skill level: Intermediate Recommended materials: About 600 yards of worsted weight (#4) yarn and a 5mm crochet hook, or whatever yarn(s) and corresponding hook you would like to use. This is a great stash-busting project, or you can also purchase yarn for your scarf at the shop on the day of the workshop. In this class you will learn to design your own unique crochet scarf! We'll discuss fibers, colors, stitches, patterns, and other design elements for scarf-making, and you'll get started on your project. Class will include design guidance, tips, and inspiration.
