Wildlife Wednesdays at Alum Creek State Park: Ohio’s Captivating Reptiles

Join us for an exciting Wednesday filled with adventure and education! At Alum Creek State Park, families can explore Ohio’s captivating reptiles with live snakes and turtles visiting from Wingfoot State Park. This wildlife event, perfect for ages 4 and up, takes place at the Nature Center (2911 S. Old State Rd., Delaware, OH 43015). Please park in the Camp Store lot as the nature center is located behind the store.

Meanwhile, DICK’S House of Sport is hosting an Intro to Rock Wall Climbing class from 5–6 PM, designed for beginners ages 6 and up. Experience the thrill of climbing with friendly instruction from certified coaches, safety orientation, guided climbs, and tips for building confidence and strength in a supportive environment. This fun activity will help adventurers of all skill levels get started on their climbing journey at their facility located at 1510 Polaris Parkway, Columbus, OH 43240.
