Read with the Horses

Stockhands Read with the Horses is a FREE to the public event sponsored by the Delaware County District Library!
Read with the Horses was created to provide a space for readers of all ages and abilities to relax and enjoy their books, without the fear of judgement, without the stress of “getting it right.” Our equine partners love listening as our readers share new stories and they won’t ever tell you if you’ve misread something. Our hope is that Read with the Horses gives our readers a space to fall in love with reading, to escape the stress and pressures of the outside world, and a space to experience the adventures found within the pages of a book.
