Freedom in Nature 1-Mile Historical Walk

• Join a Naturalist on a hike to learn about the wildlife connected to the story of the Underground Railroad. Taking place on a hike through forests with occasional stops to enjoy sights and sounds of nature. Approx 1 mile. Novice difficulty – relatively flat, mowed grass trail with some potential mud. Best for ages 5+
• Meet at the New Galena Boat Ramp located at 4550 Africa Rd, Galena, OH 43021. Park in the parking lot – Starting near the Heritage of Freedom Trailhead
