Hump Day Hike at Rainbow Mountain Nature Preserve: Kensington Dr. Trailhead

Hump Day Hike at Rainbow Mountain (July 15 3:00-5:30pm)
(Moderate/ 2 hours/ 3-3.5 miles) Join us for a midweek hike at the Rainbow Mountain Nature Preserve, Kensington Drive Trailhead. We will hike the Rainbolt Trail to the Rainbow Loop Trail. We will then cut across the preserve on the Spring Trail and connect with the other side of the Rainbow Loop Trail.  From here we will zig-zag through Jake’s Trail, Stoneridge Trail, High Pass Trail and Balance Rock Trail Connecting back to Rainbow Loop Trail.  We will then head back to the trailhead on Rainbolt Trail.
Location: Rainbow Mountain Nature Preserve-Kensington Drive Trailhead – Kensington Drive, Madison, AL 35758
Directions: Go to the end of the cul-de-sac on Kensington Dr. to get to trailhead.
