**Supervisor Six Pack 2.0 Series - Session 1 Overview**
Starting on September 8, 2026, the Supervisor Six Pack 2.0 is a six-part workshop designed for managers and supervisors seeking to enhance their leadership skills. Each session, held monthly from 8:00-11:00 AM, will challenge participants to tackle relevant organizational issues through practical assignments that they will present in subsequent sessions. Participants will also undertake a capstone project in small groups, focusing on areas such as employee engagement, managing performance issues, retaining talent, and developing employees. Program facilitators will assist in goal-setting and provide guidance throughout the process.
