Join us for two vital blood donation events at Mt. Sinai Baptist Church and St. John Catholic Church PAC, where you can make a meaningful impact in your community. The Mt. Sinai Baptist Church event will take place in the church parking lot, while the St. John Catholic Church event is hosted in collaboration with Kyle ER and the Cottonwood Shores Police Officer Association at the Cottonwood Shores Civic Center. Donating whole blood is essential, as your donation will be separated into red cells, plasma, and platelets for use in local hospitals. Each event aims to gather around 200 donors to meet community needs. You have the option to donate either whole blood or double red cells. The process includes check-in, a brief personal history, and wellness exam to ensure eligibility, with the entire experience lasting about 45 minutes to an hour, and the actual donation taking 15-35 minutes. Our friendly staff will ensure a pleasant experience, and you’ll enjoy refreshments afterward.
