The Impact of Screen Time and Social Media on Youth

Join us this fall for our annual Imagine Lecture, featuring a timely conversation on how screen time and social media are shaping the lives, health and development of today’s youth. The lecture will be presented by Dr. Angela Mattke, pediatrician in the Division of Community Pediatrics and Adolescent Medicine at Mayo Clinic Children’s Center, Rochester, Minnesota. The Imagine Lecture was inspired by the late Dr. David Winter’s relentless pursuit of knowledge, innovation, and never being afraid to envision something more, different or better. Guest lecturers embody those ideals and bring them to life to inspire others. Families and community members are encouraged to register early to reserve their spot, as space is limited.
