Bokeh Botanicals - Watercolor Class at New Ulm Community Education

Master the ever so popular Bokeh Effect in watercolors from Minnesota artist, Caroline Porter. Students will be shown a variety of ways to produce the Bokeh Effect that are easy for beginners to learn. To help gain confidence, students will first practice on scrap paper before working on their final piece. Other techniques covered in this class include wet on wet, wet on dry, and layering with watercolors. To make your piece stand out, students are encouraged to choose their own background colors and botanical designs.
