Rhythm & Groove Line Dance Fitness @ First & Main

Join us for the Rhythm & Groove Line Dance Fitness class at First & Main, a dynamic 45-minute low-impact line dance experience suitable for all ages. Held every Friday from July 24 to August 28, from 9:00 to 9:45 AM MST, this high-energy class promises fun and choreography for everyone. Participation is free, but registration is required via Eventbrite to aid our staff in planning and to receive notifications about weather cancellations and updates. Please ensure you complete the 2026 UpaDowna Liability Waiver as well. The event takes place at 3305 Cinema Point, Colorado Springs, CO 80922, in front of the Cinemark Theater, with ample parking available in surrounding lots.
