Parents in Recovery – Virtual Support Group Hosted by Northern Lights Psychiatry LLP Parenting is hard. Recovery is hard. You don’t have to do either alone. Parents in Recovery is a supportive, judgment-free space for parents navigating recovery while raising children. This group offers encouragement, shared experience, accountability, and hope from others who truly understand the journey. This is a structured 12-week curriculum with rotating topics focused on recovery sustainability, workplace resilience, and professional identity. The series repeats quarterly, and new participants are welcome at any point in the cycle. Sessions are educational and discussion-based, offering both peer support and skill development. Whether you are newly in recovery or have years behind you, you are welcome here.
