Join us at the library for this free chair yoga class! Chair yoga is a great way to relieve stress, increase strength and flexibility, reduce strain on joints and muscles, build balance, increase circulation, and meditate. Recordings of previous classes are also available on the library YouTube channel. This program is open to all adult patrons, no previous yoga experience required!
