With several Yoga in the Garden sessions – taught by experienced instructor Darcy Cole – we offer many opportunities to take a breath of fresh air and build your flexibility in an incredible setting. All levels are welcome to join, which will focus on stretching and strengthening the body to release stress and rejuvenate. The goal of the yoga sessions is simple: breathe and enjoy the moment, and the rest will follow. Please bring a yoga mat and a water bottle. Yoga in the Garden tickets must be booked online in advance.
