All abilities welcome - run, walk, or jog at your own pace.~ Post Run Party at MainStage Brewing ~ $1.00 off your first beer ~Glen Delman has partnered with Megan Foreman and Lyons Health and Wellness to create a social running group in Lyons! Whether you're just a beginner starting out or an experienced runner, you'll find a space in our inclusive and supportive running group. The goal of our runs is to have fun and get us moving as a community. Runs will be 2-3 miles in length.
