Berm to Berm: WPA History Tour

President Franklin Delano Roosevelt's New Deal was a big deal for Blue Mounds State Park. Take a naturalist-led walking tour of WPA worksites and learn how they shaped the area's history. The tour route covers 1 mile of moderate walking, departing from the overflow parking at the Main Campground entrance and ends at the bridge over Mound Creek near the Picnic Area. *Please note participants are responsible for walking or setting up a return shuttle.
Meet at the Main Campground overflow parking lot.
Program is free to attend but all vehicles that enter the park require a valid MN State Park vehicle permit. Permits can be purchased online at www.dnr.state.mn.us/state_parks/permit or in the park office for $7/daily or $35/year-round.
