The City Website and any Social Media account established by the City are non-public forums. While the City encourages the public to use these mechanisms to access information and resources, the City expressly reserves the right to impose certain restrictions on the use of the City's Website and its Social Media Accounts. Neither the City Website, nor any Social Media Platform associated with an authorized City Social Media Account, shall be used to facilitate a general debate, public discourse, or the free exchange of ideas; all of these services are restricted to only those uses authorized by the City.
