Event Format
Each player will begin with one booster pack and construct a 20-card deck using only the cards they open. The shop will provide all necessary Energy cards.
As the tournament progresses, you'll open additional packs and expand your deck:
Round 1: Open 1 pack and build a 20-card deck

Round 2: Open a 2nd pack and expand to a 30-card deck

Round 3: Open a 3rd pack and expand to a 40-card deck

Rounds 4 & 5: Continue battling with your 40-card deck — no additional packs opened
Ditto Evolution Rules
To keep the action moving and make every pull exciting, special Ditto Evolution Rules will be in effect:
Any Basic Pokémon may evolve into any Stage 1 Pokémon once per game.
Any Pokémon may evolve into any Stage 2 Pokémon, but doing so immediately ends your turn.
Players may perform only one Ditto Evolution per turn.
All Energy cards provided by the shop count as Rainbow Energy, providing every Energy type while attached.
