2026 Mead Community Day

Mead Community Day is our largest annual event hosted on the second Saturday of September (9/12/2026) from 4 to 9:30 p.m. As with previous years, Mead-area residents, organizations, and businesses are invited to a day of games and activities, live music, vendor booths, food trucks, a beverage garden, and fireworks! All the festivities happen at Mead Town Park, 441 Third Street. Stage Lineup Check back soon for more information! Are you interested in being a vendor? To secure a vendor space, visit our online registration portal, CivicRec. Vendors must create a CivicRec account and select the 2026 Community Day vendor booth registration under the Vendors tab. Registration opens on June 1 and closes on August 23. Mead Community Day limits the number of vendors selling the same product (i.e., only one Pampered Chef booth) . Booth spaces are sectioned off in 10 x 10 areas. Everything must fit within the allotted 10 x 10 space. Vendors can purchase two vendor spaces — a side-by-side space. Vendor booths will be placed on hard surfaces; no staking allowed. All vendors should bring weights to secure their tents to the ground. Vendors should plan to arrive for setup between 2-3 p.m.; vendor hours are 4-8 p.m.
