About this program:
Build-It Fridays is a hands-on program where kids and their parents/guardians can explore creativity, problem-solving, and teamwork through fun building activities. Each session features different materials and challenges—such as cardboard, food items, LEGO, and blocks—encouraging children to design, experiment, and bring their ideas to life.
Join us the first two Fridays (to accommodate LANL's A/B schedule) of each month from 3:30–5:00 PM for an afternoon of imagination, collaboration, and construction. Build-It Fridays provides a relaxed environment where kids can learn through play, develop creativity and STEM skills, and enjoy making things alongside friends. We hope this brings in more parents and school-aged children that haven't been able to attend FSN programs as often!
Thank you to Kiwanis Club of Los Alamos for their sponsorship of Build It Fridays.
