Join us for a for a walk and simple movement exercise at specific
locations around the hospital campus.
Walking is the easiest way to be the healthiest version of you. Just 30 to 60 minutes a day may sound like it’s not much but studies have shown that it can drastically improve your health and even help prevent ailments such as Type 2 diabetes, cancer and heart disease.
• For Kick off Event: Registration and information table in rear parking for the kick off event. Free blood pressure screenings, exercise demonstrations and giveaways.
