About Ingrid Kessler
Ingrid Kessler has been a licensed Zumba® instructor since 2006 and is one of the original Zumba® Jammers, hand-selected by Zumba Fitness when the Jammer program first launched. As a ZJ™, she travels to lead choreography trainings for ZIN™ members, mentoring instructors and shaping the next generation of Zumba leaders.
For more than 15 years, Ingrid has served as lead choreographer and coordinator for Zumba® performances with the Houston Rockets and Houston Astros. She is a multi-year presenter at Zumba’s Annual Convention (ZINCON™), where she has led her celebrated “Freestyle Explosion” session for five consecutive years. Most recently, she presented on the Zumba Cruise and led an official excursion experience, further expanding her global impact.
