In this beginner-friendly sewing class, participants will learn (or hone) basic sewing skills as they sew several different types of bags that will incorporate various techniques. Participants will learn more than just stitches and seams - they will also build resilience, patience, and focus as they work through each step. The calming rhythm of sewing promotes mindfulness and stress relief, while completing projects boosts confidence and encourages creative expression. Whether you're brand new to sewing or just getting started, this class offers a welcoming space to learn, create, and grow—one stitch at a time! Ages 10-18.
