Details:
Join DNAP staff to remove Japanese Stilt Grass, an invasive plant found mostly in our preserves’ waterways. This invasive grass carpets our local ecosystem, outcompeting our summer blooms. Interested volunteers can register to help their local preserves by emailing kayla.bowyer@dnr.ohio.gov or calling (740) 380-8918. Registration ends August 20. Registered guests will get a reminder email before the event. Please bring proper gear for outdoor work, including sturdy shoes, boots, and tick prevention.
