Please join us July 12th at 8am for the 3rd Annual GROW/CaDC Splash and Dash 5K Race/Walk and Fun Run! This race is all inclusive whether you’re an avid runner or just here to have fun and support a great cause with your besties! Awards will be given to the top 3 runners in all age groups. Snacks will be offered at the finish line. Your local Fire Departments will be here with a mist to cool you off as you make your way around the fairly level race track. Celebrity fans will be here to cheer you on for support!! Please come out and support a great cause! All participants will receive a finished medal! Participants who register by July 1st will secure a Splash and Dash T-Shirt. Please stay tuned for registration instructions and updates.
