Texas Singer/Songwriter & 4-time Texas Music Award winner Mark Allan Attwood is making his Joe's Bar debut!
Mark Allan Atwood has been a part of TX's musical landscape since the early 80's. As a young songwriter from Ennis, he began showing up at writers showcases in nearby Dallas, in 1980. The works of Kristofferson, BW Stevenson, Willie, James Taylor, Joni Mitchell, Jackson Browne, and many more, captured his imagination as a kid, and influenced his understanding of how to say what he wanted to say. Hanging around the songwriter haunts of the Dallas scene, he was able to watch, listen, and learn from a community of gifted storytellers.
Over the years, Atwood has shared stages, bills, and been tour support, for a number of artists across many genres, including many of the biggest names in Red Dirt, 80's and 90's Rock, Mainstream Country, Classic Rock, and Americana.
