We're switching it up this week and running on the Lakeland Trail! Meet us in the at the Pinckney Depot parking lot.
We offer pace groups for:
• 8:00/mile
• 9:00/mile
• 10:00/mile
• 11:00/mile
• 12:00/mile
• Walking pace (15:00-16:00/mile)
All groups meet at the Pinckney Depot parking lot and depart promptly at 7:00 AM. Please arrive a few minutes early to check in, warm up, and connect with your pace group before we head out.
