Join Coach Loretta and Dr. Liesle at Agate Core Therapy for a hands-on Runner Strength Clinic designed specifically for runners. You'll learn the foundational strength exercises that build durability, improve performance, and help reduce injury risk throughout your training cycle.
This is not a lecture. It's an active, movement-based session where you'll practice key strength movements including squats, lunges, hinges, and other runner-specific exercises. You'll leave with the knowledge and confidence to start incorporating strength training into your routine right away.
