Interested in Warhammer Age of Sigmar but not sure where to begin? Or maybe you have not played in a while and want an easy way to return to the Mortal Realms. Game Goblins is hosting an Age of Sigmar Learn and Open Play Day designed to make learning the game approachable, welcoming, and fun.
Age of Sigmar can feel overwhelming at first with its rules, warscrolls, and hobby elements. This event focuses on breaking down the basics, answering questions, and giving players hands on experience without pressure. Whether you are completely new, returning after a break, or just curious about the game, this is a great way to join the community.
How it Works
Learn to Play and Paint Demos
Demo tables will be set up throughout the day to teach the core rules
Learn movement, combat, abilities, and basic objectives
Learn basic miniature painting techniques
No experience required
We will have Age of Sigmar models and paint tools on hand so you can play without bringing anything
Experienced players will be available to teach and answer questions
Open Play
Players who already know the game are welcome to bring their own armies
Casual games will run throughout the day
A great opportunity to meet other players and get games in
