*Up to 20 contestants, Local Artists are encouraged to participate
*NO PROFESSIONAL COMPETITORS, amateurs only
*7am Call Time to set up in the lot
*Judging at 5pm

*$75 Entry Fee, payouts to:
-1st Place Pork: $300
-2nd Place Pork: $150
-3rd Place Pork: $75
-1st Place Chicken: $300
-2nd Place Chicken: $150
-3rd Place Chicken: $75
*Contestants may sell plates throughout the day
*Everyone must agree to same price point for plates
*Everyone will need side items (chips, beans, bread, etc)
*Drinks will be sold by The Rooster
*Country Music Outside in the lot from 12pm - 5pm
