Sun Shelter Engineering Challenge

Join us for an exciting event in the Kloiber Foundation STEAM lab designed for ages 8-17. Participants will engage in two hands-on activities: first, learn about UV rays as you create a mini shelter to protect an astronaut from the sun during the Sun Shelter Engineering Challenge. Then, build your own solar oven and use it to prepare a delicious treat powered by the sun! Some activities will take place outdoors, weather permitting. Registration is required for this fun and educational experience.
