The Wild Robot (PG, 2024)
After a shipwreck leaves a service robot named Roz stranded on a remote, uninhabited island, she must learn to survive in the wild. Initially feared by the island’s animals, Roz gradually adapts to her new environment and forms unexpected bonds with the local wildlife — especially an orphaned gosling she names Brightbill and raises as her own.
As Roz learns about compassion, community, and what it means to belong, outside forces threaten the peaceful life she has built on the island.
Based on the acclaimed novel by Peter Brown and produced by DreamWorks Animation, the film blends emotional storytelling, nature-focused adventure, and striking painterly animation.
