Explore the beautiful grounds of historic WVU Jackson’s Mill, the boyhood home of Confederate General Thomas “Stonewall” Jackson – while you browse premium arts and crafts, taste spectacular food, watch and listen to live music, and take in the heritage. Our West Virginia artisans go through a jury process to be accepted into the Jubilee. This allows us to promise you traditional and modern handcrafts from wonderful West Virginia Artisans!
