“It’s 5 o’clock somewhere…” Join us for a two-day tropical escape where we’re turning up the island vibes with Parrots, Palm Trees, and Pink Flamingos! Slip on your flip-flops, throw on your favorite Hawaiian shirt, and get ready to sip, sway, and eat a cheeseburger in paradise while the sounds of Jimmy Buffett classics set the scene for a laid-back weekend in our lakeside paradise. The fun kicks off Friday at 5:00pm on the patio, with a DJ spinning all your favorite beachy hits and tropical classics from 7pm-10:00pm. Throughout the evening, enjoy games on the grass, including the Flip Flop Toss, Limbo Contest, and a little friendly competition with Tropical Trivia. Sip your way through the islands with several Rum Tastings and explore a variety of tropical flavors with our refreshing Margarita Flights. When the clock strikes 10:00pm, the evening heats up with an adults-only pool party lasting until midnight. Enjoy a late-night swim under the stars, cool beats, and a cash bar serving up tropical cocktails and frozen favorites. The party picks up again at noon on Saturday with a DJ on the patio from 12:00pm–3:00pm, setting the perfect soundtrack for a relaxing day in the sun. In honor of National Rum Day, we’re turning up the flavor with expanded rum tastings all afternoon. Then starting at 6:00 PM, join the lineup of food trucks, including Texas BBQ, Cousins Maine Lobster, and Jo Jo’s. Dance the night away with live music by Dr Zoot from 7:00pm–10:00pm, playing some classic Jimmy Buffet & many more popular beach favorites. This outdoor concert is open to the public with free admission, donations to the Stonewall State Park Foundation are encouraged.
