Cape Fear Contra Dancers

If you can walk and (usually) know your left from your right, we can teach you to dance! Bring a friend or come solo. Cape Fear Contra Dancers is a non-profit organization run by volunteers who know first-hand the benefits of the fun, community-building, aerobic activity that is contra dancing and who are committed to sharing it with others.
